MaintainBNB is a team, not a product. The system we install on your listing was built across our own portfolio over eight years, and it still runs there every day.
Where it came from
Eight years of hosting, and the mistakes that came with it.
We are hosts. We have been running short-term rentals for eight years, and everything we now install on a client’s listing was worked out on our own, usually the expensive way.
That matters for one reason only: you are not getting an experiment, and you are not waiting while somebody works it out on your calendar. The method arrives finished and switched on in a week.
We do not put founders on the front of this. The company, the portfolio, and the results are the thing worth looking at. But you should be able to check that real people with real listings are behind it, so here is the account.

How we work
The short version, and the parts people usually ask about.
You add us as a co-host through Airbnb’s own permission system. We never ask for a password and we never ask for your account. Your listing stays yours, and we work inside it.
We are not a property manager. No guests, no cleaners, no keys. We are not software either: there is nothing for you to log into and nothing for you to remember to do. AI is an instrument we use inside the work, in the way any competent operation uses its tools. It is not the thing you are buying.
The fee is flat, per listing. We do not take a percentage of what you earn. The full method is here, and the guarantee and its conditions are on our promise page.
Who we turn away
Saying this publicly costs us leads. It saves everyone the wrong engagement.
- Markets where there is simply not enough travel to go around. That is rarer than people think, and spotting it is our job rather than yours.
- Listings with quality or review problems that ranking cannot cover.
- Hosts who want full property management. That is a different service, and we do not do it.
- Hosts looking for cheap software, or for someone to take a percentage of their revenue. This is a flat fee, it is not small, and it buys a team rather than a login.
