  • Newest guy on the block…

I joined with a lot of skepticism, as apparently I'm a natural skeptic. But low and behold, less than 24 hours in It seems to already be working as my largest property picked up a booking on a week that I traditionally don't book during football season. So there's that, and it was actually less than 24 hours from my intake call.

  • Calendar almost full

OMG!!!! I am feeling so grateful right now. Four of my 5 listings are booked this weekend. I got a one night booking for the Baby Yurt and will receive $223. The yurt normally rents for $89 per night. I am so grateful to have joined this program!!!!!

  • Win — these guys know what’s up

I've been a host for over 8 years. This year for the first time I had a completely dead calendar. Late April I started to toy with idea of selling my STR then a Facebook ad cut my eye, so I thought I would just go ahead and give it one last shot. I've tried several programs that claim they would either fix or get the property to the first page, etc. some did some didn't but overall, I never found one that I really felt the need to commit to. But I have to say I'm impressed. I signed up May 5 or so and no joke within 48 hours I had A booking, page views were up and cut to today, I have Almost 20k in bookings and my numbers are quickly rising. I'm not a review/ feedback guy, but certainly give credit where credit is due. This works, it works well. And the numbers speak for themselves.

  • Big wins

Sept and Nov mutiday bookings. July almost full. Thank you Matt. Looking forward to to tonight call.

  • June pretty much filled

I started in late April with only 1 booking at the end of May. This is now what my June looks like. 87% occupancy (It probably could be rented for Fathers Day weekend but I think my family and I will spend a few days there instead)! $13k gross revenue. July still has room to grow and already over $10k. I also got an 8 day booking far out over New Years. I have those days at 35% premium far out. I thought the initial price was a little steep, but glad I took the leap. This has really helped! Can't wait to get our 2nd property and kill it from the start with this! Thanks Matt!

  • Matt strikes again

Last night one the coaching call we went over one of my properties that since we started everything and converted over it seemed to have slowed down in bookings. Matt went through it and we made some little changes and since then I have had 2 bookings already! THANK YOU! not sure if your team even worked on getting it back on front page yet but thank you to the the whole Team for your efforts and support!

  • Amazed and grateful in Atlanta

I was highly skeptical of this system, but I was desperate and my once famed listing (Alpaca Treehouse in the Bamboo Forest) had just dried up and so did my others that had been booming. I had no idea (besides the wilting economy), what was going on. But my six listings had just seemingly tanked out in the span of two months. Flash forward to signing up with MaintainBnB. I took the leap and then was super worried right out of the gate. Did I get scammed? Did I do a dumb impulsive thing? NOPE! I have received a booking every single day since then (that was not happening) and then Sunday night, my hosting software app was ringing the money bell every 5 seconds. I scored SIX bookings in the span of a few hours and was losing my mind with giddiness. “Are you kidding me?” I said out loud. I was literally afraid to go to sleep. I wanted to be present as they popped in. I'm currently building a Greek Revival treehouse on a beautiful lake in Alabama and worried that it would not book. Well, my fear is definitely ebbing! Amazed and grateful in Atlanta, Kara

  • Record month, simple methods

Started out with this group 8 months ago. Since we're very goal based, I set out to hit 8k/month with our basement Airbnb. We are in NYC, so there are a lot of factors, but 8 months in, and we smashed that goal. Just got a nice booking in that brings us to $10,307! No magic tricks, just keeping up the momentum, being actionable, and most importantly - using maintainbnb. Can't say thanks enough! It wasn't easy, but it was worth it! Trust the process

    Brian Giangiulio

  • Matt the magician

I was complaining about July and Matt adjusted a few things live on video and 2 hours later boom a 5 day booking! Win!

    Dan Crose

  • Momentum is real: 62 nights booked on day one

First day inside the community and already celebrating a win. Just implemented a monthly discount strategy on one of our listings and secured a 62-night booking worth over $20K in earnings. This reminded me that occupancy creates momentum. One booking boosts visibility, visibility boosts rankings, and rankings bring more bookings. Excited to keep learning, testing, and scaling with all of you.
