What this is
Is this software?
No. There is no app and no dashboard you have to remember to open. It is a team doing daily work on your listing. We use AI as an instrument inside that work, the way any competent operation uses its tools, but the tool is not the thing you are buying.
Do you manage my property?
No. No guests, no cleaners, no keys, no maintenance. If you want full property management, that is a different service and we do not offer it.
Is this a course or a coaching program?
No. The work is done for you: no daily task on your side, and nothing you have to implement. You do get a library covering how the pricing strategy works and how we run the process, because plenty of hosts want to understand what is being done to their listing. Read all of it or none of it. It comes with the service rather than being the service.
What actually fills the calendar?
Two things done every day rather than once: positive signals to Airbnb’s algorithm so the listing stays visible when demand is thin, and a pricing strategy built for your exact market and then worked. The rest follows from those.
What you hand over
Do you need my password?
No, and we will not take it. You add us as a co-host through Airbnb’s own permission system. Your account stays yours and you can remove the access yourself at any time.
Will you change my photos or my amenities?
No. We do not touch either. What we rebuild in the first 48 hours is how your listing reads and ranks on a phone, because that is where almost every booking now happens.
Do I keep control of my listing?
Yes. It stays your listing and your account throughout. We ask that you tell us before you change titles, pricing, availability or settings, so we are not working against each other, and that is a condition of the guarantee rather than a restriction on you.

Most of our clients do. What they usually have is the instrument without the strategy. A dedicated pricing team builds the model for your market and then works it, and you keep the model.
Cost and commitment
How much is it?
A flat enrolment fee per listing, and a low monthly after the 90-day build. We do not publish figures, because the right number depends on your listings and we would rather quote you than have you guess. You get it on the call, before anything is decided.
Do you take a percentage of my revenue?
No. It is a flat fee, not a revenue share and not a commission. What you earn is yours.
Is there a long contract?
The build is 90 days. That is the window the satisfaction guarantee covers, and the terms are on our promise page.
How long until I see something?
Six days to a first booking on average, and about half of our clients see it inside three. The system itself is installed within seven days of onboarding, and that deadline is guaranteed.
Results and risk
What do you guarantee?
Two things. That the system is installed within seven days, and that if you are not satisfied after 90 days you get back every penny you have paid. Both have conditions, and all of them are written out on our promise page rather than buried in a footnote.
Will you guarantee an income or occupancy number?
No, and be careful with anyone who will. Seasonality, a saturated market, and the economy are real and outside anyone’s control. We help you take more of your fair share than the listings around you. We do not pretend to erase the market.
Does this only work in the off-season?
It is not an off-season service. The gaps run all year: mid-week nights, single nights, shoulder weeks. Peak season does not lack gaps, it hides them, because high demand fills those nights whether or not anyone is working the listing. The work is what makes bookings consistent regardless of demand.
Nobody travels in my slow season.
People book all year. What ends outside peak is the surplus of demand, and once it does you are competing in a far deeper pool for every night. That competition is the thing the system is for.
