What the numbers on this site are, and what they are not.
Every figure we publish came off a real client account. None of them is a prediction of what will happen to yours.
Where the figures come from
The dashboards, calendars and screenshots on this site are taken from client accounts and from posts our clients wrote themselves. We have not recreated, mocked up, or illustrated any of them. Where we have obscured something it is a contact detail, and the caption says so.
Every number can be substantiated on request. If you are considering working with us and want to see the source of a specific figure before you decide, ask on the call and we will show you.
They are individual results
These are the results of specific clients. They are not a promise, a projection, or a typical case, and you should not read them as what you would earn.
Outcomes depend on things that differ from host to host: the property, the market, the season, the quality of the listing and its reviews, how many nights are already selling, and how closely the strategy is followed once it is installed.
Some of the accounts we show are unusual and we say so on the page rather than in the small print. Amanda’s five experiential cabins sit in a destination market and are large properties; that result is not a typical one and the story on the home page states it plainly before the number appears.
Where we quote an average, such as six days to a client’s first booking, it is an average across clients. Half see it sooner. Some take longer.
What we will not guarantee
We do not guarantee an income figure and we do not guarantee an occupancy percentage. Seasonality, a saturated market, and the economy are real and outside anyone’s control. Our work helps you take more of your fair share than the listings around you. It does not erase the market, and we would rather lose the sale than say otherwise.
What we do guarantee is the work and the terms around it: the system installed within seven days, and every penny back if you are not satisfied after 90 days. Those have conditions, and all of them are written out on our promise page.
